Abstract

Granulosa cell tumor is a rare stromal cell tumor of the ovary, generally considered to be of low-grade malignancy, with an indolent clinical course. Only a small percentage of such tumors metastasize, and they rarely do so to the lung. In this paper, we present a case of bilateral ovarian granulosa cell tumor with lung metastases.
