Abstract
M llerian Adenosarcoma is an uncommon variant of m llerian mixed tumors of the uterus, characterized by a benign but occasionally atypical glandular component and a sarcomatous, usually low grade stromal component. Unlike malignant m llerian mixed tumors of the uterus, most adenosarcomas are the tumors of low malignant potential. M Ilerian adenosarcomas with sarcomatous overgrowth are unusual cases that exhibited focal overgrowth by a pure, often high-grade sarcoma, and the majority of them have a malignant behavior and fatal outcome. We experienced a case of M llerian adenosarcoma of the uterus with sarcomatous overgrowth and report with a brief review of literature.
