A Case of Unilateral Complete Congenital Eventration of Diaphragm Antenatally Detected by Ultrasonogram.

Abstract
A complete congenital eventration of the diaphragm is relatively rare congenital anomaly. We experienced a case of the anomaly in a infant who died ten hoursafter operation. This anomaly was detected by ultrasonograpy performed at 22 weeks gestational age suggested diaphragmatic hernia. After operation, this anomaly was defined a complete congenital eventration combined with a ipsilateral pulmonary hypoplasia.
