- Abstract
- The unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary horn is a very rare congenital anomaly of the female genital system. We have experienced a case of an unicornuate uterus with a left non-communicating functional rudimentary horn associated with agenesis of an ipsilateral kidney, progressive dysmenorrhea, hematometra, hematosalpinx and extensive endometriosis in a 13-year-old girl and treated by laparoscopy. We report this case with relevant literatures.
