A Case of Prenatal Diagnosis of Congenital Neuroblastoma by Sonography.

Abstract

Obstetrical sonography has helped diagnose and define the features of some congenital malformations and tumors. Congenital malignant neoplasms are very rare, with neuroblastoma accounting for the majority of such tumors. The prenatal diagnosis of neuroblastoma may confer the advantages of early diagnosis and diagnosis of the tumor at an early stage, as well as offering the potential for early therapy and hopefully improved survival. We have experienced one case of prenatal diagnosis of congenital neuroblastoma by sonography, so we report the case with brief review of related literatures.
